DISCLOSURE — Thomas J. Scovill "A conspiracy unveiled," June 8, 2026. Distributed to a Colorado Republican / Adams County GOP list. (Recipient list and personal contact details omitted; the disclosure text is reproduced as written.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Gentle Readers Attached file is a consent agreement approved by the Colorado Republican Central Committee Vice Chairman Eric Grossmann on 13 May. The case to force the GOP to opt-out of the primary election starting in 2028 was initiated on Tuesday, 21 April just 4 days after Chair Horn resigned and Grossmann became acting chair. The case was resolved by agreement on 13 May. The conspiracy to make this agreement was not revealed beyond the conspiracy until today, 10 days after the new chair was elected. At no time did Grossmann inform or consult with or seek approval of his executive committee or the Central Committee. Nor did Grossmann inform the Central Committee while he presided over its meeting on 30 May to select its new chairman. The consent agreement was used by the conspirators to amend the Central Committees bylaws consistent with the agreement. The bogus bylaws were posted online on 30 May without fanfare and were not reviewed nor approved by the Central Committee as required by the real bylaws. This tactic is similar to that used by Democrat activists who sue the government and then make a consent agreement with a friendly agency to get what they want. Lawfare continues and healing the divided GOP is a process that has not yet begun. Your questions and comments are welcome. Warm regards and thank you for allowing me to trespass upon your time, Thomas J. Scovill
