Welcome, everyone. I hope you have a pleasant drive. There was some intentionality to that, and I'll get to that here in a minute. But we'll call the speaking to order, the speaking to elect the new chairman of the Colorado State Resulting. For relay of information, Kevin McCebedow over here is our parliamentarian Debbie Burry Smith and Liz, respectively, and Chairman, respectively, are running credentials in Teller. And let me just start off with one quick thing just to say: looking down the road for the rest of the year, I would like you all to consider. Looking down the road for the rest of the year, I would like you all to consider this: that no matter who runs assembly, no matter who runs credentialing and teller today, in the words of Mr. Gage, who is the parliamentarian of the assembly, he said this is the only state that he's aware of that does this last-minute thing. When you think when you vote at the Secretary of State's level in the state election, there is a cutoff deadline for these things. And so, moving forward, when I get back to being vice chair, I'm going to push for a bylaws amendment that changes our culture a little bit. There has to be a hard deadline for the volunteers that bust their tail to get these proxies in, to get the elevating delegates and alternates. You set up anybody for failure, and I can say this as a professional event planner. You set up anybody for failure, no matter which side of the faction you're on, who's running it. We're going to have to decide what that cutoff is. Is it a week? Is it a day? Is it three days? But the volunteers that bust their tail, they were up till 1:30 this morning with last-minute proxies trying to accommodate everybody. And it just makes it really difficult to get that precise thing that the Republican Party tries to espouse: that we do elections precise, the numbers are accurate. But when you've got 50 to 75 volunteers and you're doing everything at the last minute, it really doesn't matter who's in charge. So, just moving forward, as we get through the cycle and we get into the reorganization next spring, I would seriously consider all of us to consider that we've got to stop that. The professional way to do it is there's got to be a hard deadline. You've got to get your proxies in this time, and that's it. [0:17:47] speaker_1: We can get past the fight of inaccuracies and why things don't go right. [0:17:52] ?: That's the simplistic solution. The dominoes don't fall to make everything after that company. [0:17:57] speaker_0: So, anyway, thanks to that little quick point of privilege there in the beginning of the speaking. [0:18:03] speaker_1: So, we did the appointments. [0:18:00] speaker_0: Beginning of the speaking. [0:18:03] speaker_1: So we did the appointments. Our invitation, invite Mr. Jason M's here of Charlie Sawash County. Jason, do you give my invitations? Please rise, please. [0:18:20] speaker_0: Father in heaven, we come to you this beautiful day and we're grateful people who gathered here. Bless each one and bless our families back at home or wherever they may be. We thank you for the safe travel. [0:18:36] speaker_2: We thank you for this beautiful state of Colorado that we call home and for the freedom to gather openly and speak our minds without fear. We're grateful for the men and women who are serving our country in ways many of us may never fully see or understand, Lord. Bless them and their families today. We especially pray for our strong and capable military and for our commander-in-chief. Give them wisdom and courage as they make difficult decisions and strengthen them to stand against any enemy or evil they may face. God, we also ask your blessings on the farmers and ranchers of this state and throughout our nation. We know drought, uncertainty, and hardship can be difficult to navigate, but we know they place their trust in you. Bless the work of their hands and provide for their needs. We thank you for our first responders and our law enforcement officers. Bless them and their families and grant them a special measure of peace, protection, and courage. [0:20:02] speaker_1: At this time, Lord, we ask your Protection and courage. At this time, Lord, we ask your blessing upon this meeting. Bless those who work so diligently behind the scenes to make this party function and succeed. Lord, we entrust this meeting to you. We trust you with its outcome. Guide our discussions today and help each of us to lead with wisdom, humility, and respect. We pray that everyone gathered here may leave with a greater sense of peace, purpose, and unity. Above all, we thank you for sending your Son. Jesus, we thank you for willingly going to the cross and praying, paying the price for our sins so that we might have the gift of salvation. These things we ask in your holy name. Amen. [0:21:10] speaker_0: You see, Sandy with a pledge. For those that don't know Isle, he's the Vice Chair of Fremont, I believe. He's going to be some pledge. We need more people at this bracket. It's becoming a mountain. More of this amount of money, otherwise, there's going to be nobody after us. All right, I'll be looking around here. We have the first credentials report. All right, I'll be looking around here. We have the first credentials report established form. Let me go chase that down or stand at easier for a moment to get that standby. [0:22:25] speaker_1: An early hour. [0:22:26] ?: All right. [0:24:23] speaker_0: Yeah, it's connected, sir. Here's Debbie Perry Smith with initial credentials. [0:25:39] speaker_1: And I'm speaking on behalf of a little difficult for thing to get up the stairs, but once she comes up, she needs to stay. Okay, how bad. [0:25:55] ?: So I'm doing this on behalf of Kim because she's handicapped. [0:25:58] speaker_1: So once she gets up here, she needs to stay up here. You guys, thank you for being here today. There, um, you guys, thank you for being here today. Um, we're earning our keep, that's all I can say. Okay, members present in the flesh, 214. Members present by proxy 168. Yeah, that's right, right. Total 381, and we're not done yet. We're not finished yet today, and that was at 12:23. Thank you. [0:27:09] speaker_0: All right, uh, Chair Determiners, that's up. We do have a quong. I'm going to give about 15 minutes or remarks here. I'm not going to go too deep, but I feel I only need one really updated email. And so, I want to state a couple of things here today that I really feel the body should know. But, in terms of information, anybody that is over in that corner, which is the actual term, could be stage right or house left over by the sound station over there. There is a microphone over there that is streaming, and it is sensitive enough that if you're standing underneath it and talking, it's going to pick you up. So, if there's not something you want streaming to the world, be mindful that it's in that corner, it's a live mic over there. For those of you who haven't needed to, you have the bathrooms in the back of the room to the left. In an emergency, there is the antique set of stairs, which takes you out the main street. There is a body station though. The antique set of stairs, which takes you out the main street, there is a body stationed over there who will open that door in case we need it, but we have it locked for credentialing and security purposes. So, there's basically two exits: there's one on the main street side, and the entrance that you came in on. Um, in between the first tally, there'll be a lot of uh room for filler room, and uh, that will be the time for if anybody's here to address the body, whether it's a candidate or whether it's a person circulating petitions that are of the good of the order. Um, just see me up here, I'll be hanging around, and we'll just kind of put them in the queue as we go. Um, no rhyme or reason, but there'll just be time for that. I didn't schedule it mainly just to make sure that we focused on the business at hand, which is to get the chair elected and send you guys on your way. So, I also want to say thank you for this time as chair, it's been quite eye-opening. Um, but I thank you very much for the faith and belief you instilled in me to get the job done for the five weeks that I did it. I know the three-day thing was controversial, but when I ran for vice chair, I made it very clear that I wasn't going to make any decisions until we determined the state of the party. So, I'm going to get into that now. I'm sorry, oh, I'm sorry, yes, ma'am. Uh, Eric Grosser from Monero County, been Monroe County Chair since 2012. I ran for vice chair a couple months ago, and here I am. Thanks for the formality. I can't say I'm perfect. We're the politics of perfection. The number one thing that I must express to you that is not a theory anymore, it's undeniably true: we are not in control of our party, we're not in control of our state. The fact that the Republican Party has gone so far down the tubes, there's no more check and balance between the Democrats and Republicans because we're not a functional entity. And the financial influences east of the Mississippi. And the financial influences east of the Mississippi are real. And they come far beyond the state's borders. The level of investigation of that is not complete. We've only done a cursory view. But once the new chair is elected and based on the will of the assembly to investigate, I value you I will do so. Because it's in the best interest of the state of Colorado as well as the Republican Party that we need to be a strong entity again. This whole two-party system is structured with a check and a balance, and right now we're not doing our duty. And that is why the majority keeps voting for change. And I do strongly recommend that whoever has voted to the next chair, please remember to do the will of the body. We cannot have another situation where the body votes over and over and over again for a new direction and for a tyrannical decision to say, no, we're not doing that. And when the body says we want you to do something, you should do it. And in the same way that we've got, what, how many people are here today? I know there's a little bit of a drive, but you know, some of us on the Western Slope have been driving for 30, 40, 50 years. I don't mean that as a motion. The national convention gets moved around. It doesn't go to the same city in all 50 states every year. We should start doing that. And we also should pick venues where I don't ask you if you have a weapon in your pocket. We're going to espouse these things. But overall, I want to instill upon all of you that this is no longer a theory. We have to take this part back. Can with strong leadership and just get it done and give the majority a chance to do their strategy as opposed to the know-it-all crowd telling us how it's going to be. We've got to get past that because we're not the check of the balance. All crowd telling us how it's going to be. We've got to get past that because we're not the checker of the balance that the founding fathers thought we would be. There's two things I'm going to say about what we've learned: that not only is the party currently burned down to the ground, but it's a hazmat secret. And we're going to have to clean the dirt we're on before we build a party. And it's kind of, you know, funny, you know, heel Billy Logic to say that way, but that's the most succinct, simplistic way I can describe it. We walked into a disaster and we cannot allow this to happen again. It's a waste of everybody's time to spend so much effort trying to get down the road somewhere and to walk into a situation that was a complete disaster. It's unacceptable. It's on the surface, it seems that the fight we're having is that we're spending more time trying to destroy that other entity. Got to get past that. I would strongly, I don't do anything on the ground. My spiritualness told me that in the very beginning, it was going to be an addictive thing. And when you look at these signal groups, the constant answer and the constant fighting, it's time to disengage. Those mediums should be for information exchange, not fights. If you're going to unify this party, it's going to start there. Stop engaging, fighting, and title. And then maybe we have a fighting chance. And the last thing I'll say is: on the surface, it looks very much like the prior administration focused heavily on vengeance and not doing the charge that they were voted to do, which is run the party. And that explains why we're over a half a million dollars in debt. Yes, the Klendo thing is part of it, but when you have bills that we still have to pay, Debt. Yes, the Klendo thing is part of it, but when you have bills that we still have to pay, it's like $400,000. It's ridiculous. It's another reason why we're not doing the charge that the voters want us to do, which is to keep that check and balance. We can't operate that way, we can never allow this to happen again. In order to prepare this, I talked to a lot of people, and one of the quotes that was given to me is a really good one: You don't have to give way to what is wrong just because wrong demands it. And it's time for us to speak out, and not in a mean way. You don't have to go on a signal thread and lambast somebody to tell them that's wrong. Sometimes they need to come to that conclusion on their own. But in leadership, when we know it's right, we just got to do it and let the proof be the success. And it was Lincoln that said, and I'm paraphrasing, nobody has a right to do wrong. And we got to go back to that. And in the middle of that conversation, remember how the Republican Party started? The slavery on up. It's an educational piece that we've got to start hitting. So, in the end, this blend vista experience, I want you to know again, my professional background, the people that don't know me, I grew up in theater, I was in Rock and Road Roading as a professional adult. I've been managing events for over 30 years. I can think of no better realignment than to bring this meeting into a place where nobody had home field advantage. And the best way I could think of it from a neutrality perspective was right in the middle of the state, which I know you locals know is heart soul. So there's not much there. So, record ridge is enemy territory. We learned that when we tried to do the Steve Banning event and it changed venues three times. So, the next step was then fair play over here, couldn't find a venue there, and this beautiful place. I want to thank Mike Thurman, he's in the back of the room watching me. A lot of things gotten me here in this journey that you all said me a few weeks back. And one of them was coming in to look at this venue and a couple of weeks ago, and there was a construction zone here. They were just finishing it up. We took a little gamble on it. But at the same time, again, we're Republicans. We should be standing up for small business. This gentleman has sunk $1.7 million to renovate this building. He's probably got another $400,000 or $500,000 to go. That's why there's not an elevator here. There's a lot of complicated reasons why that's not done yet. But it meant a lot to me to come into this space, to buy what was right for a realignment and a reset. And so, for those of you that made the journey, I want to personally, once again, thank you for making it. An older gentleman expressed to me earlier that he hadn't made a drive like this in probably 40 years. That was kind of the intention. It's so front-run-centric on the I-25 corridor that I think some people in the city forget that there's country folks that live out here and we have to drive all the time. And you also should remember the beautiful 14 years of the college peace behind us here. It's just a beautiful state, and we've got to remember to save it. And we're going to save it by making sure that we don't allow these things to happen again. Now I'm almost done for those keeping time here. One other thing I also did is I went to Tina Peters' Southeast Service across from Richel last week. And the sermon that the guy gave on the side of the road was, do we live here? Are we just passing through? And now I think that encapsulates exactly the intention to bring you all to Buenavista. It's a beautiful view. You've got to remember why we live here. We are a headwater state. This water is important. It starts here. We've got to be better stewards of it. And in addition to that, is being a good steward of the Republican Party. The love for her that day was amazing. Many people came from all over the country just to hang out there. Amazing. Many people came from all over the country just to hang out there for a few hours. Some of them came all weekend. I was very honored to be there that Sunday morning just to soak up that vibe. That January 6th setup, I can tell you, as a professional event planner, was a total setup. When you knock down signage and barricades and tell people that, oh, yeah, we're right on in. Oh, sorry, that's a restricted area. That's how all that happened. That's what our enemy is doing to us. We've got to be a little more alert and a little more skewed and understand that this is a war. And if you don't think this is a war, look what happened when polis pardon or commuted or short sentence. The Democrats do. Yeah, the Karen, we got a censor. You don't think it's political? And they remember all the news stories. Oh, Tina's in jail. It's not political. Damn well, right, it was. And that is the war we're fighting. And we have to come to that realization and not deny it anymore. And as we're talking to people and getting people liable up here, the genetics say that the younger male generation, especially, is craving a fiber. We've got to become that fighting body. These people will come to us. There are sane Democrats that can come to us. Trump proved it in this last election. There are sane unaffiliated that can come to us, but we've got to stop acting like a party is seen. And the last thing I want to say about Tina is that I remembered all that circumstance. I saw where the leadership at the time sent out an email that wasn't very flattering. They were full in her own neck of the woods, just through to the wolves. The left doesn't do that with each other. There is such a thing as innocent as all proven guilty. And immediately, what did we do? Oh, we want to distance ourselves from that. [0:39:57] ?: It wasn't political. [0:39:58] speaker_0: They made her a shining example to scare all of our county clerks in all 64 of these counties that you don't step out of. Example to scare all of our county clerks in all 64 of these counties that if you don't step out of line, that's right, or we're going to throw you to jail. So, I don't have the authority to do this per se, but I'm going to do it anyway. The Republican Party boasting up here is a big apology for throwing wolves. You're out of order. I like both saying, but I have the floor. You're out of order. I'm not speaking in anger here. I'm speaking on behalf of the majority. The majority voted over and over and over again because I'm constrained. Now, I understand that's true for some people, but at the end of the day, this is how we're going to win elections. Not just going and throwing me all of rents to the side because this is no longer polite political discourse. This is a war. [0:41:31] ?: Amen. [0:41:32] speaker_0: You fight like a war, and that's how you win. And in a few hours from now, it won't matter because I wanted the bully pulpit. But for the time I was given, it was asked upon me to take a snapshot of his party, and I'm giving it to you. If you're not like my snapshot, yet call my opinion. But for the past five weeks, I have lived it, eat it, and breathed it 24/7. And I'm telling you that if we don't fix this problem, this party is going to be irrelevant for generations to come. And the horrid islands of the world have nowhere to go. What other political organization is liable to dirty? World and nowhere to go. What other political organization is violating the dirt? Because gunner votes are going to go to the Democrats. So we've got to check ourselves. Granted, it may be wrong, but the other side should get a chance to test their theory over the 20, 30 years who know it all is. And what people think they know more than the common vote people can call Rob. That leads me to conclude here that you've got to start thinking here. You've become an ON16, ON18, I guess you know what they added name for, an ON18 proposal. Somebody else said this, it's gone out online, but it's the closest analogy, and maybe another one here in a minute. But we've got into this losing mentality where we don't think we can win. Right. And we get up and we say prayers for a divide term. And then we go to a meeting and we lose a vote and we immediately say, ah, see, I knew I shouldn't have done that yet, but I'll lose it anyway. That is an APS mentality. And all you're doing is you're canceling out your prayer. [0:43:05] speaker_1: Amen. [0:43:06] speaker_0: And that also goes back to all of us to check ourselves. What's our total voting here? It's not a whole, why are we not a party with full voting? Why don't we have 100% turnout? The apathy and the fact that when you run for an office and you don't show up for a vote, we don't let our House of Representatives get away with that without causing a sink. We need to start policing ourselves to say that if you're going to show up in a reorg meeting and run for a state office and know that you might have to drive the risk five or six hours to take a vote, that you show up and vote. And if you don't, then let somebody else do it. There's no reason why a group that demands election integrity doesn't have 95 to 100% turnout. Because then, because that's what the enemy is able to do to us. They're able to say, well, you know, you talk one thing and do another. Well, we got to stop that. And that's part of taking this party back. And the last thing I want to say: get back to believing again. It's on all of us. Eating again. It's on all of us. We can't go any, it's kind of like Biden. He had to go so far down the tubes that all we could do is go up now. But it's a wonderful opportunity. We're going to clean up this toxic thing. We're going to pour a new foundation. We're going to build a new building. And we're going to become the Republican Party that we're meant to be. And only then are we going to make Colorado Colorado again. I thank you very much for this. One of the first things I did when I ran for vice chair, I called Mr. Andrews Bell. You all know, he had a little moment. And it's an example of getting back to the decorum. Called him, I said, very the hatchet. We took about three or four minutes. We said some things that men say to each other. And we agreed that maybe one day, I don't know how he will take care of it. But in the meantime, we're elected officials. Amen. And we should get along. That's right. And we should have professional decorum with each other. And that's an example of what we need to do. Even with the people we disagree with, we don't agree on everything. There's a couple of key things. Primary is one of them. But that doesn't mean that we still can't have a functioning entity that moves the ball down the court. And I want to get a punch involved. And espouse this hatred. It's killing us. And on behalf of that, Mr. Andrews, if you'd like to speak to that secret, I think it's just fair to not have to just be one-sided. Our official policy at the meeting started at 12 is now 12:47. We'll meet the entertainment and the most. Official calls say that the meeting started at 12 and is now 12:47. Will we be entertaining a motion to close credentials? [0:46:07] speaker_1: We haven't even gotten a final credentials report, but if you look into the agenda that I emailed out, once the candidates' speeches are done, then we're going to have a final credentials report and then we'll discuss it at that moment. Okay. In the meantime, Secretary Andrews, please. But we had very little respect for each other. I had that a little over a thousand times a week. I didn't even envision Eric's face on that thing many times. He called me a couple months ago and said he wanted to run for vice chair and let's start. And I don't think it took three or four minutes, Eric. I think it took 30 seconds. We're all on board with each other. And that's the whole party. I think I disagree on the opt-out. I don't think we disagree on anything else. That seems to be the major dividing line in this party. We need to find a way to unite. That's all there is to it. We're not going to win a damn thing if we don't unite. We have 11 seat shortfall to the assembly. We have a six-seat shortfall in the Senate. I'm actually going to run for HT 57. Check that out my website. We have your list page. Can you tell us? Yes. We will not win back this COBOL police state unless we unite. Same with Ray Garcia and I. Same with Weston Einer and I. I mean, all three of us have pissed and made up, and we're on sides of things. So that's it. We need to unite. That's all I have. [0:47:48] speaker_2: That's it. [0:47:56] speaker_1: All right, now that we set the table. [0:48:01] speaker_0: So the next item on the agenda is priority minutes. So, the next item on the agenda is prior to minutes adoption. And obviously, we're not going to adopt them because you haven't been emailed anything. And so, this is more point of information I want to bring to the body's attention. One of the things that was not done in an adequate way under the last regime and the last administration was bringing regular minutes to the body to be approved. And with the complex set of legal things that are going on behind the scenes, we've had to revert to recordings to basically be in lieu of some things that normally would have been codified by the body, you all. And so, for a point of information, the next opportunity, we will take, we will consolidate the printed minutes, get them out to you, and then we can object and make corrections and so on and so forth. But I wanted to bookmark this from a legal perspective that we've got to codify our minutes. So, in the meantime, as way of information to the body, anywhere we don't have printed minutes that have not been approved, we are just going to use the recorded minutes as they are, unaltered, unedited, as the informational component that we submit forward in a legal way because we have to do that. So, that's more of a point of information. But adoption has got to be something that's on the next meeting agenda. So, please keep that in mind when we get to that next meeting. I'll make sure that the next chair has it on the agenda. All right, so we're going to open nominations here for state GOV chairman. Let me explain to you how we're going to do this. We are going to just have first and seconds only, no speeches. So, if you're here to nominate a candidate, we invite you to come up to the board to the microphones here to do your first and your seconds and nominate candidates for chair. Then, we're going to make sure we've got all the candidates nominated, and then we're going to close nominations, and then we're going to go to speeches. And the purpose of that is so that a last-minute person doesn't get to come up for these six people who have worked hard front and get the last word. I've already drawn an order for the candidates. Last word, I've already drawn an order for the candidates to speak. And so, if there's a person above and beyond the six people who've already declared, they will speak first, and then the sequential order we drew will go after that. So, is there any clear what we're going to do here? No speeches, just first and seconds for the candidate that you're wanting to nominate for GOP chairman to finish up the term. Eric just has the minus touch. Uh, can we get a restate of the credentials number, please, with proxies and all that, yeah? 214 present 168 proxy, please come to the mic. Stand by. All right, does anybody object that we just approve by uh by consent here that we're adopting the first credentials report? Any objection? [0:51:37] speaker_2: All right, hearing none, yes, sir. I can point that to that. [0:51:44] speaker_0: Parliamentary agrees 382. Any more objections? Yep, 382 number is uh adopted. Okay, um, nomination for chair. The floor is open. [0:51:59] speaker_1: Please comment on the microphone. Comments on the microphone. [0:52:43] speaker_0: I'll state that at the end of the nomination process. [0:52:46] ?: Thank you, John. [0:53:12] speaker_1: For those of you coming up here, the bottom button is an on-off button, but you just barely touch it. [0:53:19] speaker_0: So just don't touch the bottom of the microphone. I just hear it. [0:53:25] speaker_3: Mr. Chairman, my name is Kay Cage. I'm chairman of Boulder County Republicans, and I would like to nominate Joe Holdman for the position of Chairman and Rich Wyatt with Jefferson County. [0:53:38] speaker_1: And I'd like to second the nomination for the one and only Joe Oldman, the next party chair. [0:53:47] speaker_0: Mr. Oldman, you said, I see you back. Okay, we've got one nomination for Chair Joe Holdman. Larry Gorgie, Backer County, Chairman, and I nominate the only candidate that's going to keep us from fires or forced Jeremy Goodall. To keep us from fires forced Jeremy Goodall. [0:54:12] speaker_1: And I second the nomination for Jeremy Goodall. [0:54:18] ?: Mr. [0:54:18] speaker_0: Goodall, you accept first. It's my honor to accept it. Very good, sir. Jeremy Goodall is nominated for GOP chair. [0:54:33] speaker_1: Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Lynette Schull and I am chair of Montezuma County. I'm on the leave of absence right now, but it is my honor to nominate a very good man, Curtis McCracken, for the position of state chair of the GOP party. He has to be there. Thank you. [0:55:01] speaker_0: We'll get to that. [0:55:05] speaker_1: I'm Leslie Parker, and I am the chair of Delta County, which I also share with Curtis McCracken, and he will give a voice to Rural America. So I second his nomination. That's not a speech, that's a sentence. [0:55:23] speaker_0: You're welcome, Grace. All right, Chris McCracken is nominated. Skinny Raymond, where are you Chris? Sir, do you accept the nomination? Very good. All right, Chris McCracken is nominated. We have three candidates on next. I'm Mr. Carl. [0:55:38] speaker_2: David DeCarl. David DeCarlo, one of the vice chairman from Douglas County. It is my privilege to put forward the name of Craig Steiner. [0:55:51] speaker_0: Good morning, Ted Harvey, bonus number from Douglas County, and I second the nomination for Craig Steiner for state chair. Thank you. Very good, sir. Mr. Steiner. Thank you. Very good, sir. I was just nominated. Very good, sir. Chris Neyer is nominated for chair. Just put it in there and make a minute. That's why I'm good. Just take it over there. Another part of the staff here at the facility, please give a hand here to the matter of information. It was Uniform Halteri who came up here and said that she's withdrawing her nomination as one of the original six. Are there any more nominations for chair? Going once. It was going fair. Sir, please come to the microphone. Thank you. Oh, gosh. [0:57:10] ?: Mr. [0:57:10] speaker_0: Chair, sir. Defailing former vice chair, I've been drawing my application. Very good, sir. All right, we are down to four. Final call. Take a motion to close nominations for chair. Second? [0:57:35] ?: Second. [0:57:37] speaker_0: All in favor say aye. Opposed? All right. On and every crowd. All right, we're going to stand at ease, look at another credentials report real quick here. We'll be at ease. It was suggested that I open and draft here, Debbie. If somebody can go down and shout out to us to give us another update. Run and grab here, Debbie. Is somebody going to go down and shout it down to give us another update? Please take it. I don't mind giving you a button. [0:59:20] ?: All right. [0:59:22] speaker_0: We're looking at five and ten minutes here for credentials, so we'll be at ease until we get the next. Yeah, they said that there's a live line back. Okay, good one. Okay, Harry Smith here with our second review. [1:11:26] speaker_3: I think I am getting ready to announce something historic. Toll eligible voters 500. Members present 215 proxies one line of three total voting members 408. That's 81.6% of the vote. And all credentialing is matched. [1:12:00] speaker_1: 500. So that's total voting members 500. Total eligible voters 500. Members present 215. Members present by proxy 193. Total present 408. The proxies cross-checked three different ways on the first try. And the percentage, that's 81.6% of the voting body. [1:13:03] speaker_0: Okay, by way of information, we're going to stick with the agenda for the speeches. And then after speeches, we'll get a final credentials report and close credentials and approve that. [1:13:15] ?: Mr. Fielding, Mr. [1:13:16] speaker_2: Chairman, John Fielding, Douglas County, foreign, second, second report. [1:13:29] speaker_0: Okay, don't need a second. All in favor to approve the second report. Say aye. Aye. Opposed? [1:13:35] ?: Okay. [1:13:37] speaker_0: Congratulations. I didn't know we were going to get that kind of turnout. Maybe the final dosa wasn't that bad after all. [1:13:44] ?: Okay. [1:13:44] speaker_0: Okay, so I'm going to depend on talking. This should be the norm, not the exception. And we should strive to get 90 to 100%. Okay, let me pull up the order here. I forgot to do that in my idol time here. Chair a moment here. Chair a moment here. Okay, so here is the speaking order for candidate speeches. Okay, keep in mind it's a total of eight minutes. I'll keep the time. If you've got a first and a second nomination speech, along with your candidate speech, that is included in the eight minutes. So it's an eight minute total. I will pull the microphones out of the way. If you have an entourage, that's what we did. We'll pull the arrow and some substantions back. By the way, of information as well, once the candidate speeches are over, we are going to need this first row of chairs, which I think was, I did wrote them off, so I'll look at your people. But these round tables are going to be part of the tallying process. So these round white tables are going to take up this space. And then that's going to be part of the counting process that will be visual to everybody here. Okay, so that's the speaking order. The first speaker is Joe Oldman. The second speaker is Craig Steiner. The fifth speaker, sorry, the third speaker, Jeremy Goodall. And last is Chris McCrack. All right. So Mr. Altman, if you'd like to get your entourage up here, I'm going to go ahead and start clearing this out and we'll get to our first speech. And Joe, only you're going to be allowed to hear yourself. [1:15:47] ?: Because we did a random drawing on both sides. We did a random drawing for the names listed on the ballot, which actually, you can look at your packets. If you didn't look at the ballot order, it is different. [1:15:59] speaker_0: We did two drawings, one for the ballot and one for the speeches, and they were both independent drawings. One for the ballot and one for the speeches, and they were both independent box. But I did record and took pictures of the whole process. So, if anybody would like that, they can contact the chair. I saved all of that. [1:16:56] speaker_1: We're going to put a slate in it. [1:17:01] speaker_2: I asked Joe Oldman to run to fill the vacancy for Colorado Republican Committee Chairman. I wanted a chairman who shared my dreams of the GOP being what it should be: the largest, most influential force to good in the state of Colorado. Our Republican platform principle for organizational structure and the potential of forming a government of the people for all Colorado citizens are built into the CRC bylaws and Colorado's legislative structure. But we need a chairman bold enough to lead the party and capture that potential. That's Joe Oldman. Joe has been on the front lines doing the GOP's work for at least six years, demanding honest elections, standing up for falsely accused people, giving a platform and voice to people under tyrannical government. I hope you'll join me in voting for Joe Oldman and working with us to save Colorado to the GOP. [1:17:57] speaker_0: Ladies and gentlemen, let's hear it for Colorado right now. Let me tell you something: we're gonna win. Tina Peters is getting out of jail. Now, let me tell you something. We're going to win. Tina Peters is getting out of jail for Joel open house. We're going to win because the Democrats are fighting each other. Paul's and all his friends are Christian because he led her out. Bennett and what's that AG guy's name? Who cares? They're fighting like cats and dogs. This is our time. Now or never. Stand up. Let me hear a root for Colorado. Come on. Let's go. Let's win. Let's take Colorado. Ladies and gentlemen, Wesley Roosevelt said, look at the man in the arena. The only one that can make it is my friend, Joel. [1:18:48] speaker_1: This is the first time that I've actually written down a speech. Many of you have seen and gives speeches. But I want to make sure that I stay succinct and to the point. Woke up this morning to this Bible verse. Learn to do right. Learn to do right. This is why I don't write it down. Seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless. Plead the case of the widow. Isaiah 1:17. And then I was reminded of what the party we belonged to. We're the party that freed the slaves. We're the party that finished fights and set things right. We're the party that admonished the KKK. We're the party that fought against and ended segregation. We have fought for life, not death. And where we labor, these amazing things grow and prosper. No matter what part of history you look at related to the Republican Party, we were the party that fought to free many from bondage, the very people that have commanded to protect and serve our people, the American people. [1:19:55] speaker_0: It has always been those outsiders who seek to destroy and seek to steal the soul of our nation that we have fought against. We're the party of Abraham Lincoln. destroy and seek to steal the soul of our nation that we have fought against. We are the party of Abraham Lincoln, the party of Teddy Roosevelt, who broke up monopolies to serve the people. We are the party of Eisenhower, Reagan, and we are the party of Donald J. Trump. We are the party of immovable forces of good. We are the party of, for, and by the people. We are the party that starts, who does not start the fights, but does finish them. We are the party out of the ashes, forges the purpose God designed us for. We are the party of strength and power and numbers, not in the few. We are God's army, and with that comes great responsibility and yet great rewards. If we can have faith and also act in that faith, we find ourselves in historical familiar territory, having to make a decision on what we will be defined by today. Will it be that which looks at where we are and ponders what may come next, frozen the idea of how slow incremental progress will be enough? Or will we be the people who make what many say is impossible reality with quick decisive steps and plans to rebuild, refocus, and finally achieve? In the last 60 days, I've learned so much. Frankly, I'm humbled by the sheer will of many that I have met, and I've seen the pain of watching our party tattered and torn from within. I've witnessed the good, the bad, and frankly, the ugly that comes from that pain. And yet, now, as I sit here and you're choosing it, and now I'm asking you to choose winning over losing, with terrible, with winning terribly over losing gracefully. I'm asking you to trust yourself and empower and equip the next generation of warriors to take back their state and be a model for the nation, recognizing the strength of good, the power of our people that we are yet to rediscover. We're an elephant with its foot tied to a near string to a fence that is not even in the grab. And as we stand here tethered by this string, I want you to remember who we are, what we have done, and what we truly stand for. If that missed analogy missed you, elephants are powerful, elephants never forget, and elephants protect and serve the kingdom and their own. Elephants are powerful, elephants never forget, and elephants protect and serve the kingdom and their own. We're elephants. We didn't know. Here's what we'll do. We will recruit young men and young women to lead and fight. We will be patient and gracious with them. We will build them up, allow them to fail forward and give them the encouragement to serve and protect. We will hand the baton to the thirsty, growing young nation that has been waiting for the opportunity to win. We will build the state party to a greater than the individual and the most powerful force for good in Colorado. We will take back our state and we'll reverse the course of history. We will restore parental rights, strip the administration of evildoers out of our schools, stop grooming and the perversion of our children. We will debate, we will not debate the ridiculous. We will walk past the dog whistles as we focus on the mission and winning, not for winning's sake, but for all that is good. We will source and recruit leaders with honor and commitment to the communities they represent at every level. We will use sticks and carrots to eliminate selfish dealings and corrupt betrayals. We will change the course of what our party accepts inside of itself. We will rip the power structure that has held our party underwater to weaken its resolve, and we will win bigger than we have ever won in the history of our party. I believe that fully. We will make our country party stakeholders and the Republicans in our state shareholders. We will respect our communities and recognize that being a force for good and protecting or serving the people means we serve the community absent the monikers of Republican, Democrat, or even Independent. Being the party of good means we do right. We do good for the people. We will lean into our communities to fund our party and recognize that we have an obligation to not betray them or our ideals. And how long does this take? Well, we have five months. [1:23:46] ?: And it will be messy, it will be chaotic, and it will be at times terrible, but we will win in November bigger than we have ever won before. We must take back our House and Senate, must replace mayors. [1:23:55] speaker_0: We must unequivocally support all candidates that get through the primary to ensure their and our victory as the people's party. We will get to holding them accountable for betraying us. People's party. We will get to holding them accountable for betraying us if they do. It has recognized the rules are changing too. I have a feeling that they will get better grades coming November. I want to make a couple of announcements. One, John Cavis. Where are you? I do have an executive director that I've chosen. Her name is Tina Peters. We will win big together. Tina endorsed me, which is actually more of an endorsement of finishing what we started than me personally. I accept the nomination to be your next state chair of the state of Colorado GOP. I accept it without selfish ambition, and I vow to fight from the front and never betray the mission and needs the people. I leave you with two things: one of a Bible verse and one of message that I live my life by. This is how we know what love is. Jesus laid down his life for us out of the middle of the Bible verse. Laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. 1 John 3:16. God bless you all and God bless. [1:25:44] speaker_2: All right, Mr. Steiner. [1:25:57] ?: The second up was Mr. [1:25:59] speaker_0: Phaedan, and I want to thank him for jumping in. Thank you for his. And I want to thank him for jumping in and thank him for his talk. [1:26:29] speaker_1: Good morning, I'm Ted Harvey, and Joel Altman and I have the same bath Bible app, so I won't use that verse that I had in my speech today. I'm Ted Harvey. I am a bonus member from Douglas County. I served five years in the Colorado State House and eight years in the Colorado State Senate. It's one of the most conservative members in the legislature during my time. I'm honored to be up here to nominate Craig Steiner as chair of the Colorado Republican Party. When I was in the Senate, Craig was the secretary of the Douglas County Republican Party, and he was also the chair of the Douglas County Republican Party. When Craig was chair, we had a 97.2% Republican turnout, the highest of any county in the state. And I would say that's probably a record of any time in our state's history. There was nobody running who has served as county chair of any county party in the state. He's the only one. Craig has the experience and the background to have this job. He's also a computer programmer and created voter spectrum, a system we have used in Douglas County for over a decade, and we've always had the highest voter turnout of any large county in the state. Who here attended the state assembly last month? Was that a cluster or what? [1:28:02] speaker_0: We learned last month that this is not. We learned last month that this is not an off-the-job training position. [1:28:07] speaker_1: Amen. [1:28:08] speaker_0: We have a candidate here who has never been to caucus, has never been our precinct leader, never been a district captain, never been a party officer. Following the recent court ruling on the opt-out of unaffiliated voters voting in Republican primaries, I can assure you this body will opt out of the next election cycle. In that reality, we need a steady hand at the wheel who can manage the process in every county assembly, district assembly, and state assembly. There is no room for error, and we must have an experienced, competent chair to manage the entire nominating process. Craig Steiner is that person, and that is why I'm honored to stand up here and nominate Craig Steiner for state chair. [1:28:59] speaker_2: Good afternoon, Patriots. I am Robin Webb, chair of Douglas County Republicans. I think one thing every person in this room agrees on is that we have to get this party back on track and that we want to win. [1:29:12] ?: We need a person who can bring both sides of this party together. We need steady, experienced, strong leadership. While Craig was the chair of Douglas County Republicans, he brought both sides of the party together. He ran the party with strength and integrity. And I'm going to reiterate that 97.2% number. Can you imagine if we could get that number at the state level for a Republican to doubt how much that would do for our downballot races? I was elected as chair in February of 2025. If you've been sharing, you know it's not an easy position. Craig has been one of my go-to people since I was elected. [1:29:50] speaker_1: When I need bylaw interpretation or help figuring out difficult situations, he has always helped several seats, not for any kind of recognition, but because he cares and wants to positively impact and contribute to our cause. When Craig called me to discuss his And want to positively in fact be contributed to our cause. When Craig called me to discuss his run to this position, I'm like, why would you want to do that? But God bless you for being willing to do this. You are the perfect person for where we are at this juncture. Our party is at a crossroads. If we don't correct this, it will be catastrophic. Please join me in voting for Craig Steiner, the Colorado State Chair. [1:30:33] speaker_0: Thank you very much for everyone for being here. Thank you, Ted and Robin, for those comments. I appreciate that. I'd like to just take a minute to mention some names that I have mentioned before: former Speaker Greg McMulti, Senator Ted Harvey, Secretary of State, Scott Gessler. We have Patrick Neville, former minority leader. These are people that reflect both sides of the divided party that we have, and they all endorse you. And I think that's what we need to do. We need more of that. There's a lot of people that always say, hey, we need to get together and work together to elect Republicans. But do we actually practice that? And I think this is an example of exactly that. This is both sides of the party, people that have been amongst themselves, and sometimes with me, but we actually agree on something and we can work together on the things that we do agree with. And this is what we need to do. This can't just be in terms of electing a chair. We need that kind of unification and working together to get this done. We obviously are not going to agree on everything. There's no question about that. Some of my endorsers do not agree among everything about everything, but they can agree on some things and we can work together on those things that we do. [1:31:56] ?: It requires the work of all of us. [1:31:58] speaker_0: It requires the grassroots here in this room, and it does require the large donor to the largely abandoned party. And it does require the large donor to the largely abandoned party. I'd like to modify a well-known quote that you're probably familiar with: Colorado Republicans will win when we love beating Democrats more than we hate each other. And I think we can do that. My passion is for the help of vote, to elect Republicans. That's what I've been doing since 2009 initially. We've had a lot of good results, and I think we can do that statewide, especially if we do the thing I just mentioned. We have an opportunity in November. It starts today. And we can do it. We can do it if we decide that instead of fighting amongst ourselves, we are going to fight together against Democrats. I am ready to fight the Democrats, and I ask you to join me. My name is Craig Steiner. I ask for your vote. [1:33:13] speaker_2: Mr. Goodall. All right, Larry Board, you back from County. [1:33:54] speaker_0: I'm not a public speaker by any means, but I do know this: the beliefs a man has is important to me. The beliefs a man has is important to me, and I believe this report says the way we operate is important. Jeremy has the right beliefs, he has the right ideas, he has the right strategy, and he's the right man for the job. [1:34:26] speaker_1: I think something extraordinary is going to happen today, and I think the Colorado Jewie will just get sleepy and cranky, and he's going to make history. We're going to make changes. We're going to proceed in the old child, and then of course attract national attention. And we're going to do it, and we're going to do it with this man. Thank you. [1:34:56] speaker_2: Hello, my fellow members of the state central committee. I am Jeremy Doodall, and I accept this nomination. Today, I'm not going to rehash or relitigate the history. You and I already know it because we, unlike the other chair candidates, we already lived through it together. I won't sugarcoat anything either. Our party, bluntly speaking, is in a state of crisis. Unless we address and solve this, victory is unattainable. No matter how hard we fight, how many hands we shake, texts we send, doors we knock, or dollars we raise. I know we are all sick of Democrats controlling Colorado. [1:35:56] speaker_0: Before you realize how close we are to breaking the Democrats' stranglehold on our state, to breaking the Democrats' stranglehold on our state. Last election, we came within 32,000 votes of taking back the majority in the state house. We can and we must take back Colorado. How? Well, now you're thinking about victory. I'm the only chair candidate who was vetted and endorsed by the Trump campaign as a member of the presidential national delegate slate. As state chair, I would immediately work with the White House to make sure Colorado purges the inflated and inaccurate voter rolls, enforcing President Trump's Executive Order 14399, which was just upheld by a federal judge two days ago. President's order aligns and adds teeth to the wording in the Colorado Constitution, which was added by Amendment 76 years ago, requiring all Colorado voters to be legal U.S. citizens. When we purge illegal non-citizen voters, we will dismantle the foundation of the Democrat strategy that has broad deal prevented Republicans from winning any statewide office from the past 10 years. We will remove the inflated margins that the Democrat ground game was built to exploit. President Trump is fixing the system by dismantling the fraud. I am standing with President Trump. We also, thanks to Protect Kids Colorado and their army of over 3,500 ticked off moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, and uncles, now have the three strongest and most popular initiatives that Colorado has ever seen. Now, we have the three strongest and most popular initiatives that Colorado has ever seen on the ballot this November to force the Democrats to stand and defend their lunatic policies. This gives our candidates a mighty vocal club to beat the Democrats with. Without a vision, the people perish, and lack of vision has been our problem. We lost sight of victory. Our state party has been a mess, fighting one another. God wants to revive the Colorado Republican Party. And revival only comes through repentance. That's why I had told for vision over vendetta. We have a future, and it is victorious. I will speak Jesus and his sacrificial grace over every man and woman in this party. [1:38:55] speaker_1: Hallelujah. [1:38:56] speaker_0: We must forgive one another and we must accept forgiveness. The Bible says a house divided against itself cannot stand. We must reclaim and reforge our identity together. We must remember that we are Republicans. We ended slavery. We defeated the Soviet Union. And even now, we are the party that is kicking fraud, kicking screen out of the DC swamp into the cold light of day. We are the inheritors of the Union. It was union soldiers, that is, Republican soldiers, that marched onto the battlefields in Bull Run, Gettysburg, Vicksburg, and others, singing, as Christ died to make men holy, we will die to make them free. We must choose to stand and work together. We must stand on our vision of a free. Work together. We must stand on our vision of a free, safe, prosperous, and sane Colorado. We must stand on our principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in one nation under God. We must defend and support our platform, but we also must focus on what unites us. Stand up if you voted for Donald Trump. Stand up if you are willing to fight because you know that children are not the property of a Democrat nanny state. Stand up if you are willing to fight with everything you have to give Colorado a Republican future. Well, look at that. We seem to be fairly well united because we're now looking at something with vision and victory in November. Ladies and gentlemen, I am Jeremy Goodall, and I ask for your vote. God bless America. God bless Colorado, and God bless and revive the Colorado Republican Party. I yield the rest of my time. [1:42:36] speaker_1: Good afternoon. [1:42:38] speaker_0: My name is Lynette Scholl and I'm from Monerfinda County. For those of you that don't know where that is, that's way over there in the southwest corner. [1:42:47] ?: Thank you. [1:42:50] speaker_0: Back home in our country, Michael Curtis is when the fence is broken. You don't stand around and argue about it. Whose fault is it? You grab your toolbox and you fix it. I believe that's exactly where our party is today. The last several GOP administrations have been tough on all of us Colorado Republicans. The winds have shifted. Volunteers have become discouraged. Donors have lost confidence in us. County parties have felt disconnected. And too many Republicans have simply walked away. I stand before you here today as a common sense warrior. And I'm holding my toolbox and ready to get to work as Curtis McCracken is. As I wrote and rewrote this speech, I kept coming back to the same conclusion. Curtis McCracken is a good man. He is morally grounded. Curtis McCracken is a good man. He is morally grounded, leads with dignity and honor, and is a true grassroots Republican, not an astrotroper. He doesn't have the loudest voice, but I can do that for him. But he has something more important, steady leadership. He builds relationships. He respects our party, our bylaws, and our vision. He leads with a servant's heart and understands that leadership is about serving others, not ruling over them. True leadership is not measured by who shouts the loudest, unless you take me into account. It is measured by who remains steady, principled, and focused on bringing people together while standing firm on what is right. Fellow Republicans, we stand at the crossroads again. I believe Curtis McCracken is the leader who can help rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and guide our party forward. It is my honor and privilege to place the name of Curtis McCracken into nominations for chair of the Colorado Republican Party. He has the right toolbox for the job. Thank you. [1:45:26] ?: Wow, I never thought this day would come, but I'm honored to nominate a candidate for state chairman from the county I'm so proud to represent. I'm Leslie Parker, and I'm the chair of Delta County, and I'm seconding the nomination of Curtis McCracken, the man I'm completely confident will be the gold leader our state GOP needs so badly. Curtis entered this race because he felt he was called to do this. Curtis understands how to represent our rural communities because that is where he lives and works. [1:45:59] speaker_1: Our rural counties have so much to offer and really need a voice to represent our views. Our rural counties have so much to offer and really need a voice to represent our views and our values. Curtis is also ready to roll up his sleeves and work for our larger counties as well to ensure they have the representation they need. He is committed to riding this shift by using his abilities as a skilled communicator to restore trust and reconcile this family fractured party. He is determined to give our candidates all across this great state the support they need and deserve from our Republican Party. He will use his business acumen to help build our party back up, provide financial transparency, stability, and instill confidence back in donors, big and small. He isn't carrying baggage from past involvement in the SEC and will be a fresh voice to help grow our party and transform it back to the political powerhouse it should and can be. So I encourage you today to cast your vote for the one candidate who can provide the strongest leadership and give our party the best chance to succeed. Cast your vote today for my friend Curtis McCracken. [1:47:16] speaker_0: Thank you, Leslie. Thank you, Lynetta. I want to begin today by thanking Eric Grossman and Russ Andrews for their leadership through this vacancy and for your participation here today. [1:47:35] ?: I have spoken a lot about the need in rebuilding trust in the last five to six weeks. [1:47:43] speaker_0: We have many broken relationships in our party, broken relationships between leadership and candidates, broken relationships between leadership and elected officials, leadership in the RNC, broken relationships between ourselves, but more importantly, broken relationships with the Republican voters. broken relationships with the Republican voters. We must find the strength to lay down our idols, to lay down our labels, and to begin focusing on our Republican candidates that will soon emerge victoriously from the primaries. We need to set a tone that tells voters that we are a united front. Matthew chapter 12 states that a nation divided is in ruin and a house divided cannot stand. Further in that same passage, Jesus tells the Pharisees, out of an overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. This passage begs a question that I think we should answer. What are you putting into your heart? Do we fill our hearts with a constant stream of toxic rage to social media? Or do we fill our hearts with the truths and promises given to us by God and our forefathers? The truth that we are all created in his image, equally, that we have unalienable rights endowed to us by our creator, that liberty and freedom do not come to us by way of government, but through the faith and sacrifice of the American people who have for 250 years protected such things. Ronald Reagan once said, we are to live simply, to love generously, to care deeply, to speak kindly, and to leave the rest to God. I am hopeful that as we begin to heal our broken party, we can heed his words. [1:49:44] ?: We can choose to move forward with poise, grace, love, and a commitment to change, or we can continue down the path that breeds division and unrest. [1:49:55] speaker_0: Our behavior is on display for the watching world to see. And today, together, we will choose a path. And today, together, we will choose a path. Building trust, encouraging great candidates to run as importantly grassroots volunteers like those in this room or foundational. My name is Curtis McCracken, and I'm asking you to build that trust with me. May God continue to shed his grace on the great state of Colorado. All right, we'll stand to the east for a few minutes to get a final credentials report. After that, I'll be voting instructions, and we will cast our first ballot. Okay, guys, we're going to do this credentials report and get it out of the way. [1:51:46] ?: We're going to take about two or three minutes to reset the tables here in the front for the balloting process. While that's going on, Debbie will be giving you voting instructions. [1:51:58] speaker_0: You're free to move about, but please keep the noise to a minimum so everybody can give us final credentials report. Keep the noise to a minimum so everybody can give his final credentials a board. For those keeping score, we're pretty close to my time and we have 80% turnout. That's a change. All right, while please go now, just leave me while we get this information out. This hopefully will be the final file. [1:53:06] speaker_1: Okay, we're only we just added ones, we have 216 present, 193 by proxy, total of 409. So 409 should match what we what we end up tallying. That's 81.8%. Okay, one more time. 500. So we have 500 voting members, we have 216 present, 193 present by proxy, a total of 409 members present for 81.8%. [1:54:06] ?: Mr. [1:54:06] speaker_0: Field. [1:54:07] speaker_1: John Fielding, a bonus member Douglas Stanley. Initially, I have a question of parliamentary procedure. I noticed that there is a spot on the ballot for writings. Do we have a rule that votes can only be cast for candidates who are properly nominated from seven of their nominees? So that the effect of writing in a name here would be to spoil your ballot. [1:54:36] speaker_0: So just as a matter of information, we did include those because we had nominations from the floor, which technically were able to accept. There would have been no way to put them on the ballot other than having that space. [1:54:47] speaker_1: So if someone writes in a name, is that still considered a valid ballot? [1:54:53] speaker_2: No. [1:54:53] speaker_0: Okay, the parliamentarian is shaking his head emphatically. No. [1:54:57] speaker_1: So I'm still unclear with the vote count or not. [1:55:01] speaker_0: No. [1:55:02] speaker_1: Okay, thank you. Second, I move the adoption of the final credentials report. [1:55:11] speaker_0: Motion a second to include the final credentials report. And by doing so, we will close a credential. Does everybody understand that? [1:55:20] speaker_2: Yeah. [1:55:21] speaker_0: All in favor say aye. Opposed? [1:55:26] speaker_3: Point of information. I just want to remind everyone that there is a total of five proxies, including your own vote. So if there is anyone that is carrying additional proxies above and beyond that, the total is a total of five votes, four proxies plus your own, or a total of five votes total. [1:55:42] speaker_0: And that was sorted out a credential. By the way, one thing I did forget in my information is that we did communicate with the city of Glynn this says, don't worry about your 2-R park. And actually, I need to once again thank you on to the sodium disturbances. Okay, so indulge your all debates. Please be quiet. This is very important. Debbie's going to go through the ballot instructions. We're going to quietly reset these tables, try not to be distracted with her noise. She's going to give you the instructions. [1:56:28] speaker_1: So in your packets, I would say probably 95% of you have three ballots. I mean, four ballots. We prepared for four rounds. I don't believe we're going to go to four rounds, but we're prepared for it. If we do, there will be several of you that will get you a ballot for that color for that fourth round. And there's just a hand for all. I will note in the packing, decentralized, this paper does stick together. And we went through 500 ballots four times to make sure that nobody was stuck together, but there's still that potential. And I would trust you to be honest and raise your hand or see somebody, see me and bring me if you have any extra ballots in your packet. I'm not anticipating that, but something did happen earlier today. And thank you for whoever that was for being honest and bringing that forward. Okay, so we have more ballots. We will vote until the winning candidate gets 50 plus one. So we'll count the votes. We'll figure out the percentages. And then when we finally get to the ballot where we have a candidate that has 50 plus one, they will be announced as our next GOP chair. We're going to set up eight voting stations, four in the back and four at the front, but we're going to, we're not going to have, I'm sorry, we're not going to have what happened at Pueblo. [1:57:53] ?: It was a little chaotic. [1:57:55] speaker_1: And so we're going to dismiss you guys by sections to go to appropriate ballot boxes so that you're not stumbling all over each other. To go to appropriate ballot boxes so that you're not stumbling all over each other. Because this is what's going to happen and credentialing, hear me, hear me, credentialing people. You will be holding the lanyards in the bottom right-hand corner for the first vote. Credentials here, that bottom right-hand corner. And members, I'm going to, you guys can help in the process, they hate on the bottom right-hand corner, okay? When you have a handout or hold out your lanyard, then the teller person will put your ballot in the box. Please do not fold your ballots. If you do, it's going to slow us down because we're going to have to go through the process of voting folding. So please don't fold your ballots. You'll deposit it in the ballot boxes, which are clear, and go back to your seat. So your first ballot, the first color we're going to start with, is yellow. And by the way, you're not in order. So don't, we will not accept the wrong color ballot. The ballot box will be spoiling. All right. Any questions? Okay, we're going to have you guys vote first, but I do need, I'm going to need a minute. Y'all are going to have to be patient with us because I've got to get that little table set up and the ballot boxes put out, and I need to get my team set up. Yes, Anne. Yellow, everybody hold up your yellow ballots, please. Let's see. [1:59:58] ?: I'm colorblinding. [2:00:00] speaker_1: This works. Yellow ballots. I'm going to say it again. This works yellow ballots. I'm going to say it again: come to the ballot box and it's not yellow. We will not take your ballot, and that way, a ballot will end up being spoiled. Okay, all right. Any other questions? All right, yes, ma'am. No, you mark in the blank an X next to the person's name. That's your choice. Okay, then the tally system, which you guys are witnessing, is a Rocky Mountain hand counting method. It was earned in 1212. It was used last year for the recount that we did a couple of weeks ago, where we counted 4,000 ballots from the sibling. And there will probably come out in the email later, right? So it's a very proven method. It's good. So we're using numbers instead of names when we call out what the vote is on the ballot. Okay, any other questions? Yes, ma'am. Okay, all right. I bet for that other one. Yeah, that was a line. Okay, so why don't you come up here? Where do you want all the watchers? The watchers, because this is an odd situation, so my candidate watchers, thank you for saying that. I only have what four. You could picture it. So, candidate watchers, you're welcome. I would suggest probably being on the stage because you can watch down and watch the batching being done, and then you can also watch the tally. So, you'll kind of be having to do a dose of dough with our runners that are be up here. But so, right now, I have four watchers. [2:02:01] speaker_0: I actually might suggest lying down to the editor's head to the top. I actually might suggest finding out the top landing. There's going to be a lot of questioning. This is going to be a very tight corridor. [2:02:19] speaker_1: Okay. We're going to have to achieve what? We go down the stairs, go back down and open the say that we sent you. Thank you. Okay, anybody else? Okay, so right now, y'all just kind of sit, hang a little bit. We've got to get our stations set up. We've got to get our teller people voted. We've got to set up the ballot boxes. So give us about two minutes and I'll come back up and dismiss you by collaborates. Okay. We good? Okay. [2:02:47] speaker_2: Collection box. [2:02:57] speaker_0: So yes, I have 10 or 15 minutes. We're at ease. And again, to clarify, what we're going to do is we're going to come back in here and do this in sections. That way it's not filing the ballot boxes all at once. Quicker we get through this, the quicker we can get out of here. So we're at ease. Mr. Yorkland, are you a shot at the future? [2:19:17] speaker_1: Okay, my ballot, my tally, and Curtis Lincoln is in the back. Could you please raise your hands and show me that I have four boxes back there? And I have an orange and a yellow in each station, and you have a whole hunter and you have two zip ties, correct? Okay, up front, are we good? Are they in the box? Okay. Okay. If you all, if all my my Tally, you can. Okay, if you all, if all my tally people, my tellers in the yellow vest, we can please hold up the ballot boxes and show they're empty. Any of them? Okay. All right, you guys can put the lids on and zip time in, please. I know this seems like a formality, but this is just the way we do it. [2:20:26] speaker_0: Okay, one other thing. But we're going to want to do a consistent flow, one directional way only. They're trying to cross each other. So I'm going to just say let's do a clockwise formation. So there's four back there. There's four over here when we're each section. This is going to be a clockwise thing. It's going to be the best way to do it. And that way we're not all trying to jump on top of each other. We'll get through this in the most efficient fashion. So clockwise is I'm here. So you're going to go towards the north end to this main street side. You're going to come to the stage as my hand is moving and we're going to vote this way. Does everybody see what we're going to do here? I'd like to hit the tie second. Any questions? All right. [2:21:16] speaker_1: So okay, so my teller team, if you have your envelopes, okay, you're going to vote first. And I need to be sure that there's somebody there to hold out your plan there, bottom right-hand corner for this vote. Okay, so tell her, are you going to go and vote? Lady Clinty, is that your vote? Okay. The member puts their own ballot in the box. So as soon as we get teller, let's switch you all to our clockwise vote. [2:22:20] speaker_0: You're gonna have to come together for the part of the form. I'm not even a kid on anything. [2:23:12] ?: I'm tiny. [2:23:13] speaker_0: I can see I'm flying. [2:23:29] speaker_1: Are there any voting members up in the balcony right now? [2:23:35] speaker_0: My suggestions for you all is to go down this staircase and you go first couple of ballot boxes and then up the stairs. I'll have somebody to do the bottoms. I see. Let me think of that. Okay, guys, so with everybody that's working here, and maybe a couple of you can help actually separate the large best. We've both got all these chairs for the workstation here. So go ahead and just pop those, bring those chairs over, and just stack them over here. Don't leave them over and stack them. Now create an open alleyway here to see your point. And now that helps you. [2:28:26] speaker_1: All my teller and predictable people have you voted? Yeah. Everybody said okay. All my teller and predictable people have voted. You're still gonna give instructions now. We kind of changed the last. [2:28:57] speaker_2: So now consider this two sections. Independent circles in your section. So you'll come this way and you go back up. You don't have to cross the middle of the stage. You would just stay on this side of the room. So think of your guys on this side and think of you all on this side. What we're going to do is the first four rows. So the first four rows in this section, the first four rows in this section, and the balcony. Go ahead and cast your ballots. I'll watch the flow in the room. And once it starts to lighten up, we'll release the next step to those. [2:29:28] speaker_3: The microphone will be off until balloting is concluded. [2:40:43] speaker_1: Last call for the past. [2:40:46] speaker_0: Okay. Okay, everyone. One more thing before we close battle name. I just want to once again say thank you to all these volunteers for doing quite this work. It takes an army to do this stuff, and Army is here. I want to thank them. I also want to especially thank Chief Mean County Chairman, Mr. McCrack, Tom Kraken, back there sleeping with steps that tent out there. And I have three on the cable because they owe me money, and well, that's kind of part of the statement. So we had to re-engineer how to set it up and start in the middle and a couple of local guys helped us yesterday, last night, so about 3:30. And I want to thank you for that. And I also want to say special thanks to the city of Olympus for hosting this today. Okay, last call. Anybody got vote? Going once. Doorbox. [2:41:48] speaker_2: Okay, my ballot teams in the back. I'm going to bring you to all. At least some of them at the front is one ballot box per table. [2:41:56] speaker_1: So, Shana, if y'all want to come on up to the first A, James, if y'all want to come up the second table, we've got eight ballot boxes and James, if y'all have that the second table, we've got eight ballot boxes and eight and eight bathroom tables. Brandon, go ahead and come on up. Yeah. And then who is over in the corner? Okay. Okay, thanks. Yeah, Shannon. Go ahead, come to the bill. And my valetine's up front. Just go ahead and okay, and then y'all can just go back to where you were stationed before on the stage. Okay, it's going to be really helpful if you all need to chatter. Maybe you step outside for a minute. We need to have it as quiet as possible. You're welcome to stand here and watch, but I just can't have you talking so that it doesn't interfere with the county and the stuff that's going on. Okay, you good? [2:43:29] speaker_0: All right, for informational purposes, the people that wanted to speak while the counting was going on, we're going to let this process start. Give us about 20 minutes, and I'll be standing over here by the Havocamaran, and then you can just come to see me if there's a specific thing you want to talk about. There's a couple of candidate representatives here, but let's get them set up and try to keep the noise to the minimum so that they can do their job. And the sooner they get done, the sooner we can get out of here. We stand to these. I don't know where it was. I covered that. So we're going to have to be talking about some stuff. [3:19:41] ?: So it's possible. [3:25:12] speaker_0: All right, I'm told there's only 15 minutes to get a shot. We asked you information 15 minutes or so close. [3:35:52] ?: Guys, we're being sore quiet up here. Sorry, but if we did drop the bottom a little bit, thank you. [3:36:00] speaker_1: We're all also the penis. [3:36:03] ?: Why are we all [3:36:00] speaker_1: We're also the penis left here, I think. [3:36:03] ?: Why are we allowed to do that? [3:47:35] speaker_1: Okay, everyone, if I can get your attention, please. The highest vote getter got as close as 30, so there will be a second ballot. Historically, the way this has gone in my time, being a county chair, is that the second ballot is just a second ballot to save again. [3:47:55] speaker_0: If there wants to be any volunteers to drop out, but whether the racist sort of consolidates, that's up on you. But historically, the state party has let it go to a second ballot. Consolidate, that's up on you. But historically, the state party is let it go to a second ballot and it's at the third ballot stage. That at that point, automatically will start dropping the lowest ballots or the lowest vote getters. So it is going to go to a second ballot. I've stated the rest of that, so we'll have finding numbers for you. And here they are. Stay at quite please. [3:48:33] speaker_2: So, unlike Bucklow, we only have two over votes. 411 and before 11 master. So I'm not sure what happened in credentialing, but that's so 411, 411, 411 words up here. So 411 is our number. And so the highest vote getter is, or just said, is 30%. So that is Craig Steiner at 127. Second highest, Goodall at 114. Third highest, Joe Oldman, at 94. And fourth highest, McCracken at 76. And Mr. Phelan, zero. So that's where we stand. And we will be going to second ballot. And that color is blue. The numbers? Sure. Okay. Top vote getter, Mr. Seiner at 127. That's 30%. Mr. Goodall at 114. [3:49:48] ?: Mr. [3:49:49] speaker_2: Oldman at 94. And Mr. McCracken at 76. And no votes for Mr. Fieland. That's a total of 411. [3:50:00] speaker_1: And that was double drip check. So that was the link to drop the chat. [3:50:09] speaker_0: All right, so give us a few minutes. We're going to get all of the volunteers back in their positions and we'll get to the second vote. Just give us five or ten minutes up. Yes, sir. Don't know the answer to that. I will find out if that happens. You know, as much as I do. So, yeah, give us five or ten minutes and we'll go here. Yes, sir. You're going to have to either come up here or I can't hear you. Hey, folks, in the middle, can we open that alley back up here? [3:51:31] ?: Is the logo set or done? [3:53:13] speaker_0: Okay, ladies and gentlemen, the bylaws for this organization reads as this: before the two persons are nominated for an office, on the second ballot, no nominee has received the required majority vote. The nominee receiving the least votes on that ballot and the nominee receiving the least vote subsequent shall be removed from the ballot. It's on the second ballot. So, this second ballot is a full ballot with all the people's names again. If after this ballot, no one has gotten a majority vote, then that person on that ballot will drop off. The lowest, excuse me, the one with the lowest amount of votes will drop off, and then you go to the third ballot. Okay, so there was a question up here at the code, and let's explain why that was the case. The reason why in the first ballot, we bail it had zero and Jennifer didn't have a thing was because in the middle of the county process, whatever table it was actually marked a zero in there, and so therefore to transfer that forward, all the documents had a zero. On the Jennifer one, nobody wrote anything, which is why there was nothing there. So, in a matter of transparency, it was written as zero, and that's why it got set as a zero. There was no singling out, it was just that's how the paperwork got turned in. Does that make sense? [3:55:20] speaker_1: Okay. [3:55:36] speaker_3: Okay, ballot boxes. I need my ballot boxes in the back. You guys ready? So, everybody, they're empty, please. Upside down. Okay, you can go ahead. Put the lids on and zip tie. Blue, blue balance. [3:56:02] speaker_1: Yeah, we do. Oh, okay. Upper left-hand corner punch for round two on the layers, upper left-hand corner punch. Everybody, please go back to where you were. My teller people go back to the stations where to begin with. And our teller people will have to vote first. [3:56:45] speaker_0: Okay, over by you, is that maybe by the sound stage of the front opposition? Okay, folks, when we get the green light, we're literally going to carbon copy and do the exact same thing. What are you looking for over there? Okay, I think you're coming. When we green light the scenario, we just did it a certain way. We're going to carbon copy the exact same way. Start the first couple of rows, and after the row in front of you, it's vacated, then you follow suit. Same with the balcony, just come down and go right out of the way. This should go a little faster since we had a little bit of experience doing this once already. And by the way, to everybody's credit, the first ballot ran only took 15 minutes to actually cast the ballots. So it's a very push. Stand by, guys, not quite ready yet. Because he's not good at it. [3:59:54] ?: That's the problem. [4:00:20] speaker_1: And I was just packing up quickly. So don't show it up. [4:00:30] ?: Wow. [4:00:49] speaker_0: Hang on a second, guys. We're doing something else up here. [4:00:51] ?: Hang on. [4:00:53] speaker_0: Sir, I'm please just hold on a second. We're doing something else. And I said we weren't ready yet. Hang on. Okay, thank you. All right, stand by, everybody. [4:01:22] speaker_1: Okay, I don't, I don't, I want to, I want you guys to get home, so I'm going to drop out of the debris because I'm the bottom and I want my people to know that if I were voting on this next battle, Greg Steiner would be my vote. [4:01:40] speaker_0: Okay, but voting commence again, we're going to do the exact same thing we did before. Well, what are we going to do? I mean, it's already done. Look, the bottom, okay, the ruling of the chair is we have a discussion, we gave you the information as soon as we had it. Did the information as soon as we had it? Ma'am, we are moving forward with a blue bowel. Yes, we are. Well, then, there you go. There's only three in the box. I think we're all making it two without nothing. [4:02:58] speaker_1: No, I'm not feeling it. Somebody is drinking coffee. [4:03:17] speaker_2: Okay, if you have already marked tree ballot for Mr. DeBracket, you can mark it out, initial it. I know that's not a secret vote, but just we need to know your intention. So cross it out and put a bold X in front of your next choice. Okay, is everybody good with that? We can't do anything about that now. I'm sorry. Okay, hang on. [4:03:46] speaker_0: With all due respect to the body, I clearly said, hang on, we're not ready yet. We're obviously over here conferring. [4:03:53] ?: Okay, we can't control the fact that somebody already cast their ballots. Obviously, people pulled up here and see Mr. [4:03:59] speaker_0: DeBracket talking to us. I said, hang on, we're having a conversation. So, I mean, how much? Talking to us, I said, hang on, we're having a conversation. So, I mean, how much longer do we want this to take? I think the reality is the reality, and let's go ahead and confess the vote. We've got people standing in line. They can unnext their ballot right now. Let's move forward with the process. I think we're getting a lot to do about that. No, please, the voting is commencing. Please vote. We've already wasted five minutes. Ma'am, we're moving forward. [4:07:36] speaker_1: I think that's something that's far higher number than I don't remember. Okay, I have a lot of things. If nothing goes, you're good, you're good. Thank you. Good job. [4:13:32] speaker_0: Thank you. Okay, so those who have not voted yet, please make your way there. We're asked all the votes. You know, I thought it was perfectly singer big character. I'm actually going to see that box usually. That's not that's not a reflection we'll see. Okay, once again, last call. Somebody do a shout out to the patio there. We'll find your billionaires and fund your corner agencies. All right, last call, one once. [4:15:57] ?: Second ballot voting, going twice. [4:16:17] speaker_0: Okay, last call, run once, one twice, ballots closed. So go ahead on ballot boxes. We'll commence voting on the second. I'm sorry, I commence counting on the second point, but sorry. I haven't had much to give you a little credit, low praise. Okay, there are several entities, individuals that have asked about making speeches in between. So now it's that time though. If you've got a minute or two that you would like to address the body for petitions, candidates, go ahead and make your way up here. I'm going to take a look at the time. I'm going to push you over here. The handicap rank again. If you're looking to address the bottom, and several of you asked permission to do so, please come see me over here at the handicap brand. Good afternoon. My name is Rex Todd. I'm a precinct leader in the El Paso County Division Leader, and I'm here to represent Scott Bottoms. His theme for Colorado's reclaimed Colorado: we got to reclaim Colorado. I think about this theme is in line with the book of Nehemiah, where Nehemiah had to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, brought in the team together, and they made the difference and rebuild the wall. And I believe with Scott Bottoms, we could reclaim Colorado. That's right. There are three things I think about for Scott Bob. Number one, he has a reverence of God. Those who know him had a chance to see him or heard him speak. He really loves the Lord and he reveres the Lord. The second thing I noticed about Scott Bottoms is he's faithful to God. He's faithful to his family. And you have seen in the last three or four years he's fought in the world out in our state capitol relentless for our children, for our families, for our Constitution. He's a man. I really believe he's a man that can make a difference and turn Colorado back to a godliness. [4:19:59] speaker_1: Those who know him, he's a fighter. He is, he will fight and has been fighting. He's a fighter. He is, he will fight and has been fighting. How many of you watched the centennial debate the other night? I see a couple hands, but if you haven't watched our highly recommend, go watch it because he not only done the opposition with the moderator, he delivered what he needed to say in that debate. And that's proof that he is competent and he's ready to represent Colorado's next governor. First Republican governor, I don't know how many years since Olden. So we need to make that change there. Next thing I want to mention, he brings values. Turning our Colorado back towards godly values. He brings a voice of truth and he's a man of vision. Let's get behind Scott Bottoms and support him in this primary. Go, Scott Bottoms. Can I get a round of applause? [4:21:19] speaker_0: Okay, if I can have your attention, please. My name is Tom Bjorkland. I was the treasurer in the past administration, and now I'm going to join Eric as his treasurer for this transition period. First thing I wanted to say is when I graduated from college, I took, I worked at Postmasters to be a public speaker, and they felt like I was making a better treasurer. So give me a great speech, but one thing I wanted to emphasize to everybody in the vein of being the treasurer is in the back of the room, there is a glass. Of being the treasurer is in the back of the room, there is a glass box, and there are these envelopes. Okay, now in the effort to save money, we're using the old envelopes for the old office address. Do not send them. We cross the address out. Don't send them there. You'll never see your check, and nobody will ever see your check. So, but we do require that if your donation is $50 or more, which we may bet it will be more. We do have to have an address, a name, and an address. If it's $100 or more, we need your occupation in the court. That's the law. We have to do it that way. So, anyway, I would just want to encourage you to donate to that. Also, I want to thank our parliamentarian who only charged us $100 for today. And then, lastly, I've been working hand in glove with Eric Grossman, and I watched him work his hell off. So, let's give him a friend's applied. [4:23:18] speaker_2: Hello, everybody. My name is David Wilson. How many people are tired? Come on, more people are tired. I don't understand, so I'm not mine. I'm running for Attorney General for the state of Colorado. Why am I running? A, I couldn't sit on the couch and watch all this crap going on anymore. B, they're going after parents' rights. They're going after our kids with the foreign in the schools, and the grooming, the transgenderism, the fraud, waste, and abuse, the judiciary corruption, on and on and on. And I couldn't stand there anymore and watch that going on. [4:23:55] speaker_0: I have an opponent in the primary, and what I'd like to say is: if you've been in office five years or more, you have to stand on that record. If you've been in office five years or more, you have to stand on that record. You own that record. Crime's going up. We're number two in the nation for crime. So people can't stand on that record and say, I'm going to lower crime. Really? You're in all this now. How are you going to lower crime? I'm going to go up there. I'm going to take out the Democrats. I'm going to prosecute people for all the fraud waste of the few. Like Scott Ball, I'm going to make sure Tina Peters receives a full pardon and can sue the state. Also, the current Attorney General for Colorado Weiser, how many times do you think he sued the Trump administration? I thought maybe five, six, seven, maybe 10, 6 more times. That's our taxpayer dollars, both state and federal. I will wipe out almost every one of those lawsuits. If there's some that help Colorado and help Colorado citizens, I'll look at them and then I'll go to the administration and say, let's negotiate this and figure out. If we come to an impasse, then I'll sue. But I'm not going to waste dollars just because I don't like whoever's in the old law. We need to fix this nation. We need to fix it now. I never wanted to be a politician, but I couldn't stand by and watch what's going on. So you need to vote for me for Attorney General in the primary and then in the general election. My website is david4hg.com. And I needed to say there's a number of people here who wanted literature and signs from me. I'm going to go stand by the door. If you want them now, I can give them to you now or I can give them to you later. Real quick on my background, I spent 20 years in the Army as an Army JAG. I wasn't just a prosecutor. I did international operational law, computer network attack, exploitation, and defense. I've sued companies for all the COVID mandates. I helped hundreds of soldiers. Companies for all the COVID mandates. I helped hundreds of soldiers avoid the shot. My experience is wide and long compared to what I've called. He was a district attorney and crime was going up, and he's still a district attorney. Thank you. [4:26:23] speaker_1: Hello, Colorado Republicans. Thank you for spending the evening and the day with us. I wanted to talk really fast about some of the petitions that are out right now. I will be in the back over there where the kind of where the food is that you can get. And Marla Novak has a bunch of the same ones. Marla, will you wave your hand? Or Marla? I'm sorry, Nova Tucker. Thank you. She's got a bunch of petitions too. So between the two of us, you'll get most of them. But we just had four new petitions come out within the last like two weeks. So you may think you've signed them all and you haven't. The one is to repeal the right to abortion from our Colorado Constitution. Being out in the field and talking to people about these and hearing what they have to say is really helpful so that we can know the conversations that are going to move the needle. One of the things I found on this one is that liberals are actually really excited to sign this one when we tell them about the women who are dying over at Boulder Planned Parenthood and Mort Collins Planned Parenthood because this put in the right to have an abortion, but it did not protect women. And what I mean by that is there's no health and safety standards for abortion in Colorado. So step one to protect women is to get this out in the Colorado Constitution. I have these and Bev Louie has these as well, but I don't see her. And you can pick these up, the abortion ones, if you'd like to carry those. We need to get these distributed throughout the whole entire state. [4:28:02] speaker_0: Then I have one that's brand new. I'm very excited. Then I have one that's brand new, I'm very excited about. It's the right to hunt and fish in Colorado. This is really important, guys, because Oregon has on their ballots right now to take away the right to hunt and fish. So this is going to set us up to protect our weapons. Then I've got one about plain language laws, laws that an eighth grader can understand so they're not tricking us on the ballot and they're not passive legal needs up at the Capitol. Then there's one for voter verification by adding the last four of your social or your driver's license to the ballot so we have more than just your signatures to go by. And the two old ones that have been out for about two months now are to cap the income tax rate at 4.4%. We're running an $8 billion budget deficit in Colorado. So this will keep them out of our pocket to keep down the unreasonable spending. And the last one's super awesome to keep the natural gas appliances in our own homes. They're trying to take away our gas stoves and gas furnaces. Liberals are actually really frustrated to hear that they're coming after that. So that's a great conversation starter as well. And again, please see me or Nova in the back over there in the corner and you can get all these signs while we're waiting. [4:29:23] speaker_1: Go ahead, Mark. Hi, thank you so much, Laura Lann. [4:29:26] ?: My name is Yvonne Hyatt, and I, if you, I hope that you know what protected Colorado is because I designed and deployed the army that went across all 64 counties to get community interest on the ballot. Nobody knows about that. Anybody who buys yourself a child for sex in Colorado should go to jail and stay there. An oldiebody could eat, please know boys and girls' sports. We have girls' sports, we have boys sports, and we have co-ed sports. [4:29:59] speaker_1: And the third one, no irreversible sex change surgeries for minors. For heaven's sakes, Third one, no irreversible sex change surgeries for minors. They, for heaven's sakes, they can't even get us at school until they're 18. Let's leave those serious decisions for later. So, these three are on the ballot. I want all of you to tell everybody you know and ask them to tell everybody they know that we had three babies. This is like having a baby three times to get these on there. We need to know, people need to know that they're on there and to vote. Yes, yes, yes. And I bring you, I present you the top petition signature gatherer with 261 petitions at 376 right here. Oh, thank you. And these pass-out cards, we're going to have them in the back. It gives you the three initiatives on the back. It's our website. Take one, some for you, and some to share. Let that let there not be one person in Colorado who doesn't know that we did this for them and that they can vote. Yes, yes, yes. Thank you. [4:31:10] speaker_0: Hey, good afternoon, Colorado Republican Party. My name is Craig Sullivan. I'm running for House District 34 this year. I ran two years ago as well. In case you're not familiar with the district, it's all of North Glen and a little bit of North Fork. Two years ago, one of the most winnable races in the state. Unfortunately, we had two spoilers on the ballot. Still, the Democrat barely cleared 50%, and she only beat myself and the two spoilers by less than 600 votes. It is a winnable liberal seat in North Glenn and Colorado. Those of you who are from the mountain and rural communities, I may be from the suburbs of Denver. I understand and value you, your counties, your cities, your farming and ranching operations, your oil and gas operations. Your farming and ranching operations, your oil and gas operations. Every single one of them is meaningful. Me because it's meaningful to my potential constituents. Sully4hd34.com is my website. I would appreciate your vote. I would appreciate any contribution you might be able to send, large or small. And if you want to know anything about my values, apart from what I have just said about oil, gas, ranching, and farming, all of those petitions that the two ladies just spoke about are the exact kind of things that I want to run on and see passed in the legislature if they don't pass it at the ballot box. Thank you very much. [4:32:42] speaker_1: Hello, fellow Republicans. My name is John Colleston, and I'm running for the most unheard of seat. I am running for CU Regent in the Senate. And I've been so excited to be here because those dirty rotten Democrats, Jerry Mander, CD7, CD7. So now I have 10 counties that I have to count on to vote. So I am being primary, but I did get the top ballot. I did at the assembly at 60-40. I just barely was primary. And my husband also stepped out to run for clerk in Jefferson County. So that's why we have this project, vote closed. Because if I don't vote through the primary, we still can use it in the general. So the thing that you need to hear is that I already gone to Fremont County, Teller County, and I'm on my way to Custom County on the 23rd. And I am working very hard to get to all counties because you all are on the board. And I am working very hard to get you all counties because you all are in the board. I should vote for me for Regent. Regent is one of these really interesting seats, and it's part of the Constitution, and it's all about accountability. And I will make sure that we will be holding you accountable for how they're using your taxpayer dollars. I'm not going there to social issues and all other kinds of things. I am there doing what the Constitution wants to be to do. So please vote for me. And I can tell you that in CDC, there's a woman named Vanessa. And Vanessa is running for Regent Fair. My website is really great. It's Joanford F-O-R Colorado.com. So, and I don't see Tim Ben here anywhere, but he's been helping me so. Thank you. [4:35:20] speaker_0: Good afternoon, fellow Republicans. God bless you. My name is Damon Scordo. I'm running for the House District 32. We have a primary. If you don't know anything about House District 32, it's right near the airport. So we're in Commerce City. And you know what? There's a reason why when I first moved here, people said commerce shitty. And that's the reason why the Democrats controlled the seat for 12 years. Okay. And that's why it's become commerce shitty. But there's something very important about Commerce City. We have Suncourt. [4:35:52] speaker_2: Suncourt is the only oil refinery in the state. [4:35:56] speaker_0: So if you're pro oil, if you're pro-gas, you want a Republican in that position. [4:36:02] speaker_1: So it's meaningless now, but once you're You want a Republican in that position. So it's meaningless now, but once we get, I have a primary. We don't have a lot of primaries in the Republican Party, but we have a primary. Once I win the primary or the general election, we're going to unify. I'm not a politician. I'm a family man, businessman, and now I want to make a difference. So my name is Damon Scordo. I'm in House District 32. As an outsider looking in, I would like to see the Republican Party come together and unify. I keep hearing all the candidates step up here and say, we're fractionalized. Well, we need to look past that. We need to organize ourselves. We need to take back Colorado, Daniel. Thank you for your support. Thank you very much. [4:36:54] speaker_0: Good afternoon, Colorado Republicans. My name is Gregory Carlson, and it is great to see all of you today. If you didn't know, I'm the registered agent for Victor Marks for governor, and I'm standing up here before you ask you to please consider supporting and voting with Victor Marks to be our candidate for governor. The reason I'm a Republican is because I'm extremely pragmatic. I want to support the candidate that's going to win. And Victor Marks has the most support of any candidate statewide that I have ever seen. We have passed the $2 million mark for fundraising. Victor Marks was able to get 28,000 signatures just by U.S. grassroots volunteers, not a single paid signature. And in addition to that, we went through the assembly. I believe we all need to unite behind a strong Republican candidate for governor and somebody who can get our snake back on track. Somebody who can actually win, somebody who has the resources and the volunteer ground gate to actually take back our state. So if any of you need access to the campaign, if any of you need access to resources, please let me know because we're here to help you. So let's consider Victor Marks for governor. Let's win in November. Thanks, everybody. Also, I'm afraid I need to share something with you. At 2:30 yesterday afternoon, the warden at Vienna Vista Prison just let me out at 2.30. It was a tour, okay? It was just a legislative tour. But yeah, I got to have a legislative tour of the role of the prison previous yesterday. I want to give you all hope because I have that hope for why we win, why this group wins this year and starts taking this state back. The world you just heard about, it has everything to do with the protection against Colorado. How many of you participated in all those signature gatherings? See, then you are, according to Aaron Lee, and God bless you for all of that, you are the army of 3,500 people that are being kept together to continue to finish that race, to get those ballot measures passed by the public, but also to carry the rest of us to victory in November. And that's going to happen. The other reason is because we're going to present a slate of adults that they have not seen for a while in competition with people like Julie Gonzalez and Jimmy Griswold. Can you imagine what a comparison? So anyway, we're going to go on to win. I want to ask y'all to give a hint because when they're, they're not seeing our volunteers, especially the local folks like Constituents, who stepped up and volunteered to get us all checked in to count these ballots and so on. Let's give them a hand. [4:39:56] ?: Thanks to all your participation. [4:39:58] speaker_0: I need your love, but I also need your cash. So if you can contribute to the basic percentage. But I also need your cash. So, if you can contribute to the senate.com campaign, I appreciate the work we have any blocks here. But thank you all for being here and participating. [4:44:03] speaker_1: Oh, so let's come. That's one thing. We've been thinking about it. [5:02:24] speaker_0: Folks, we're thinking about 10 minutes away from results. Well, I have everybody's attention. So, going back to the two-number discrepancy between 409 and 411, we don't know for sure, but we're pretty confident that it was the original number that was wrong. It was 411 the whole time. And I say that because the number now is coming out on this ballot, just like the first ballot of 411. So, my recommendation to the body is that we should amend the final credentials report to make it 411 instead of 409 to deal with the discrepancy. And before we get discernible about a two-number deficit, another reason why I brought up the very first thing I talked about tonight is we have to change the last-minute nature of all this. I was very much standing there at 1:30 in the morning in the Airbnb where they were stuffing these things at 1:30 in the morning. When you have this amount of volunteers and no sleep, you know, a two-number discrepancy, I think they deserve a round of applause for being as close to happen as people. Yes, that's not what I'm saying. But I would the chair would entertain a motion to amend the final credentials report from 409 to 411. Go ahead, Terry. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. Answer your question. Yes, ma'am. Sorry. Uh, all in favor say aye. Opposed? Fair enough. Thank you very much. Motion of results, must be sent. Oh, you'll be in a couple of minutes. Let me just ask: please do a normal due diligence or a normal Republican MO and just pick up your trash and take it to a receptacle on your way out the door of the venue please help us put this on. And also, if we could get a few volunteers to just once they're done up here, everything that's white basically needs to go downstairs for the most part, except for the rectangular tables just those in the buildings. But the round tables were rented, the extra white chairs, those are rented. We're not going to do it right away, but if a couple you can stay behind just to get us to get it down to the bottom of the staircase, that would be most helpful to get out of here to get the expediest way here. And again, thank you all for making the journey. There's one more thing I want to throw out here that I've discussed. It has the state party has been trying to every year to remember to not to award a Republican of the year, just to make sure that the little thing on the flap just makes sure it stays consistently out there. And we feel that Stephanie Luck deserves a Republican of the year to make a cycle by that. In a sense, we've got a lot of stuff on the many things that just, you know, some administration just did get to free. There's not much left, we'll just get this photo done. Give us a few minutes. Thank you all so and this is where I'm not good. A reminder that we really do produce some donation boxes out there. If you could stick some money in that and not before you go, that would definitely help us out. Okay, folks, give us a moment. We'll give you results. There will not be a third battle. I want to correct one thing. I was very wrong. The only thing that needs to go downstairs is the white chairs. That's it. So, if you come in and grab a white chair and it's stacked on the lawn right at the bottom of the staircase, if you walk like 20 feet, you'll stack up against that wall between us and the neighboring property. That would be most helpful. And once again, thanks for the journey. [5:16:07] speaker_1: Well, okay. Okay, we do know that we had one person that had to leave, so we have 410 votes. And our new state chair is Mr. Craig Steiner. Okay, well, I will. I am cross-Inville. Okay. 222 for Mr. Steiner, 113 for Mr. Goodall, 69 for Mr. Oldman, and 6 for Mr. McCracken. So the 222 is 54.1%, and we only need a 50%. Congratulations, Mr. Seiner. [5:18:26] speaker_0: Please welcome my restate chairman, Mr. Craig Steiner. All glory and honor to God and I am just gourbans. And that's the only thing that I had prepared to say at this point. I thank you all for your support and your trust. I take it very seriously. I will be working hard for the rest of this year to help us win in November. And having party chairs are going to be the next day or two. They have access to all the information. Find out what you need. And we're going to win November. Thank you very much. Ladies and gentlemen, what do you think? Let's take those boxes and let's go down the bottom of the staircase to get your lanyards. Y'all drop your lanyards at the bottom of the staircase if you're leaving the property. Grab a white chair. Safe travels home. This meeting is journey.
