This will per the April 11th Assembly has been done with the limited time-frame in which to operate. Know however, there is still much more to do to in cleaning up the Hazmat scene we've encountered. Therefore in keeping with the necessary strategic posture of that will, I deem it good for the order to make the following strategic appointments under authority as the acting Chairman: Assistant Treasurer: David Bjorklund Bylaws Committee: James Peabody, Chairman Keith Maines Dan Brown Brad Collins Shawn Hegarty Legal Affairs Committee Ken Degraaf, Chairman Chuck Bonniwell Ben Nicholas Brenda King Tim Leonard Dave Williams Ex Officio - Party Chairman [A subsequent, unrelated business item — concerning a separate intra-party matter — is omitted.] Once again, truly humbled to have served in this capacity. Some will not agree with the above and I will once again point out, all of us are elected to do the will of the body. Being mission oriented I have focused exclusively on the strategic fulfillment of that will which has over and over again been expressed by the majority. As the elected Vice Chairman I am no lame duck and will continue to serve at the pleasure of the majority by leading with majority strength as the Vice Chairman.
